Villa Helsinki is a beautiful and spacious five-bedroom villa located in the exclusive and quiet residential development of Pinhal Velho in Vilamoura.
OVERVIEW
Villa Helsinki offers plenty of space and all areas are tastefully decorated.
The living room features a separate comfy seating relaxation area with double patio doors leading to the poolside terrace and a TV lounge area with a large flat-screen TV, Portuguese cable system and Sky channels, DVD player (Blu-ray system) and a Bose Surround Sound system (interior and exterior).
With an open plan kitchen and dining area. The dining area features a nice size wood table ideal for 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, wine chiller, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and central island with electric hobs and extractor.
Bedroom one, two and three are a double room with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom four is a twin room with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom five is the master bedroom with a double bed, doors to the side terrace and a large en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit.
All of the bedrooms have air-conditioned, they are equipped with flat-screen TVs and are complete with en suite bathrooms or shower rooms. Also, all the bedrooms have sliding windows leading to the garden and electric shutters.
Downstairs, on the lower floor, there is a laundry and a large garage with a tennis table. The laundry is well equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a central air conditioning system available upon request and Wi-Fi access.
Outside there is a large dining table ideal for al fresco meals ideal for 10 people and also a gas BBQ + built-in charcoal BBQ available. Comfortable garden furniture can be found in several areas.
Extensive plot with lawn gardens and freeform design infinity pool with a separate shallow area. The pool can be heated upon request (extra fee).

Security Deposit
This villa is subject to a refundable ‘Damage Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €1500 and is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Apart from obvious damages, the replacement costs of towels and linen which have been damaged during your stay will also be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages include makeup stains, stains deriving from sun tanning lotions etc
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 10 business days.
Terms and Conditions
For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid up until 12 weeks before arrival.
1.) Reservation process:
Booking is reserved upon receiving 25 % of the total amount to our designated client bank account. This amount has to be paid within 48 hours of having received our reservation confirmation; otherwise, your chosen property will be made available again to other holidaymakers during the specified dates.
2.) Booking confirmation:
Booking is confirmed upon receiving the balance of 75% of the total amount to our designated client bank account, payable latest 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival day or as stipulated on the booking form. Failure of paying the balance payment may result in the loss of your deposit payment and we will make the property available again for other holidaymakers at a reduced rate.
3.) Maximum allowance of people staying at any property:
2 Persons per bedroom is the maximum allowance of people staying at the property unless otherwise agreed. Should more than the maximum allowance of guests stay at the property at any time; we have the right to request the removal of the additional person(s) and charge additional fees for the extra person. Unless previously explicitly otherwise agreed, we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25 years, bachelor parties, Weddings and other events that can cause more than reasonably expected wear and tear to the property.
- Please note that we do not accept groups of young/unrelated adults, animals, or pets unless otherwise agreed
- Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time
- No events or parties can be held at any property unless authorised prior with written consent from Arcadia Luxury Villas
- All properties are non-smoking
