Villa Cyclamen is a luxury 6-bedroom villa with two pools (indoor and outdoor) in Quinta do Lago in the heart of the Algarve. This spacious holiday villa is located in the exclusive Encosta do Lago region of Quinta do Lago.
Guests can enjoy all the facilities of Encosta do Lago including free access to the communal pool, free access to tennis courts, gym, discount at Tuscano’s restaurant. Within walking distance is the lake at Quinta do Lago. Here you will find a host of watersports on offer and two restaurants. A further ten minutes walk is Quinta do Lago’s beach with miles of golden sand and the popular Gigi’s restaurant. Quinta do Lago Plaza with its bars, restaurants and boutiques is a short drive away.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Outside, a Mediterranean garden with automatic irrigation bordered by picket fencing surrounds a second swimming pool. A gas barbecue and a plentiful selection of assorted garden furniture enhance the leisure and entertainment experience. Double garage with air conditioning and underfloor heating.
LIVING AREAS
The entrance hall leads to a gracefully furnished lounge and dining area where wide picture windows collect an abundance of natural light.
The lounge area has plenty of sitting space, a plasma TV, DVD player, German and Dutch channels.
The attractive, custom-built gourmet kitchen is modern and functional, features Gaggenau appliances set flush against the walls and polished granite counters.The villa has two American style fridges/freezers with filtered water and icemaker. A dining room, with a table that seats up to 10 people, connects the living room and kitchen and also leads to the barbeque area with beautiful views over the Quinta do Lago resort.
The villa also features a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. On the lower ground floor, there is a fabulous indoor heated swimming pool plus a Tylö steam room, sauna, and a gymnasium equipped with Power Plate Pro5, runner and cross-trainer, and other apparatus. Also, on the lower ground floor, you will find a wine cellar, laundry, and a maid’s room.
The villa has a security alarm and all doors have child-friendly safety locks.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three has twin beds with an adjacent bathroom.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony. Bedroom five is the master bedroom and is very spacious. The en-suite bathroom features an all-glass shower box (wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair) and twin vanity sink units, plus a bathtub, a separate dressing area also a private terrace.
All bedrooms have safe and all floors are high-quality tiles similar to moleanos stone, there is also underfloor heating throughout.
On the lower ground floor, there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Security Deposit
This villa is subject to a refundable ‘Damage Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €1500 and is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Apart from obvious damages, the replacement costs of towels and linen which have been damaged during your stay will also be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages include makeup stains, stains deriving from sun tanning lotions etc
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 10 business days.
Terms and Conditions
For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid up until 12 weeks before arrival.
1.) Reservation process:
Booking is reserved upon receiving 25 % of the total amount to our designated client bank account. This amount has to be paid within 48 hours of having received our reservation confirmation; otherwise, your chosen property will be made available again to other holidaymakers during the specified dates.
2.) Booking confirmation:
Booking is confirmed upon receiving the balance of 75% of the total amount to our designated client bank account, payable latest 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival day or as stipulated on the booking form. Failure of paying the balance payment may result in the loss of your deposit payment and we will make the property available again for other holidaymakers at a reduced rate.
3.) Maximum allowance of people staying at any property:
2 Persons per bedroom is the maximum allowance of people staying at the property unless otherwise agreed. Should more than the maximum allowance of guests stay at the property at any time; we have the right to request the removal of the additional person(s) and charge additional fees for the extra person. Unless previously explicitly otherwise agreed, we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25 years, bachelor parties, Weddings and other events that can cause more than reasonably expected wear and tear to the property.

- Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time
- No events or parties can be held at any property unless authorised prior with written consent from Arcadia Luxury Villas
