Villa Viola is a six bedroom villa with gorgeous ocean views, two private swimming pools and a large terrace with a jacuzzi. From the terrace, you can see the beautiful sea view while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. It’s the perfect Villa for a big family to enjoy the beautiful Algarve.
OVERVIEW
Villa Viola is located in Quinta das Salinas, within the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago.
The property has an electric entry system, alarm system and electric shutters throughout- with a central control panel by the front door. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, available for a weekly supplement.
The main open plan living and dining area are on the entrance level of the property. Beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from this room with triple patio doors leading to the upper poolside terrace. The flat-screen TV will entertain you with a wide range of English language cable channels available, including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV, to name a few.
Next to the dining area, with a table for 8 persons, is the fully equipped kitchen, with appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, electric hobs, oven, extractor and American style fridge freezer with ice maker. On the lower level of the villa is the utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms one, two and three are on the entrance level of the property. Bedroom one is a double room with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two is a double room with an en suite bathroom and doors to a terrace that joins with the upper pool deck. Bedroom three is the Master suite complete with double bed, separate sitting area, doors to the upper pool terrace, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, DVD player, safe and an en suite bathroom with double wash basins, bath and large walk-in shower unit. There is an additional guest cloakroom on this entrance level.
Bedrooms four, five and six are on the lower (garden) level of the property. Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the terrace overlooking the lower main pool. Bedroom five is a double room with an en suite shower room and doors leading to the same terrace overlooking the main pool. Bedroom six is a smaller double room with windows to the side lawn garden.
On the lower level (garden) of the property is the multi-purpose entertainment room with a pool table, tennis table, bar, chess table, TV, DVD player and a small gym.
A real feature of Villa Viola is the superb first floor South facing terrace with Jacuzzi hot tub (heated for a weekly supplement). From this extensive area, the far-reaching ocean views are at their best and this is a great, private place to relax and unwind.
The lower main pool is at garden level and this pool measures 12 x 6 metres with steps entry. The upper second pool is on the entrance level of the villa and is accessed either directly from the entrance level living areas or via the shaded side terrace complete with gas BBQ and food preparation area. Freeform in shape, the upper pool measures approximately 10 x 6 metres and from the poolside terrace, you can enjoy the sea views. The lower pool can be heated upon request (extra fee).
At the front of the property, there is a spacious forecourt with plenty of room for parking. From the forecourt, stone steps lead down to the attractive side lawn gardens.
The villa is located a 5 minute walk from the Quinta do Lago lake where you will find the Casa do Lago restaurant, the trendy Shack bar and the water sports centre. The beach is a 20 minute walk away. Quinta shopping, with designer boutiques and eateries, is a 5 minute drive away.

Security Deposit
This villa is subject to a refundable ‘Damage Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €1500 and is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Apart from obvious damages, the replacement costs of towels and linen which have been damaged during your stay will also be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages include makeup stains, stains deriving from sun tanning lotions etc
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 10 business days.
Terms and Conditions
For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid up until 12 weeks before arrival.
1.) Reservation process:
Booking is reserved upon receiving 25 % of the total amount to our designated client bank account. This amount has to be paid within 48 hours of having received our reservation confirmation; otherwise, your chosen property will be made available again to other holidaymakers during the specified dates.
2.) Booking confirmation:
Booking is confirmed upon receiving the balance of 75% of the total amount to our designated client bank account, payable latest 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival day or as stipulated on the booking form. Failure of paying the balance payment may result in the loss of your deposit payment and we will make the property available again for other holidaymakers at a reduced rate.
3.) Maximum allowance of people staying at any property:
2 Persons per bedroom is the maximum allowance of people staying at the property unless otherwise agreed. Should more than the maximum allowance of guests stay at the property at any time; we have the right to request the removal of the additional person(s) and charge additional fees for the extra person. Unless previously explicitly otherwise agreed, we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25 years, bachelor parties, Weddings and other events that can cause more than reasonably expected wear and tear to the property.

- Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time
- No events or parties can be held at any property unless authorised prior with written consent from Arcadia Luxury Villas
