Villa Blue Sky is a contemporary 3 bedroom apartment with 2 extra bedrooms on the lower level townhouse in The Crest, which has its own 24-hour security, situated on a hill overlooking the Golden triangle including its gorgeous coastline. Just five minutes away from the resorts of Quinta do Lago / Vale do Lobo. The onsite facilities offer a great communal pool with sun loungers and a safe sunny area for guests.
OVERVIEW
The owners have decorated all communal areas to a high spec allowing for total relaxation in this modern townhouse. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room have everything you will need during your holiday. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available so you can have a warm cup of coffee whenever you need it. The lounge area is equipped with smart TV and sliding doors that lead out to the BBQ/dining terrace where you can enjoy an alfresco meal.
The Villa has a total of five bedrooms. On the first floor, bedroom one has a double bed with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds put together and is en-suite. On the ground floor, bedroom three has a double bed and even though this room is not en-suite, there is a bathroom right across. Bedrooms four and five are located on the lower level, both have twin beds and these rooms share a bathroom.
Villa Blue Sky doesn’t boast its own pool, but guests can fully use the great communal swimming pool available in the facilities.
If you enjoy going to the beach or perhaps golfing, which are the preferred activities of choice then the beaches and golf courses from the resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are a short drive away.
Nearby are the wonderful restaurants “A Quinta ” and the Michelin star “Henrique Leis” and the true Portuguese environment of “Nunos” bar & Restaurant (local beers and food at very sensible prices). The busy market towns of Loule and Faro are also close by, and you can get fresh fish, vegetables, fruits and so much more.

Security Deposit
This villa is subject to a refundable ‘Damage Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €1500 and is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Apart from obvious damages, the replacement costs of towels and linen which have been damaged during your stay will also be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages include makeup stains, stains deriving from sun tanning lotions etc
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 10 business days.
Terms and Conditions
For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid up until 12 weeks before arrival.
1.) Reservation process:
Booking is reserved upon receiving 25 % of the total amount to our designated client bank account. This amount has to be paid within 48 hours of having received our reservation confirmation; otherwise, your chosen property will be made available again to other holidaymakers during the specified dates.
2.) Booking confirmation:
Booking is confirmed upon receiving the balance of 75% of the total amount to our designated client bank account, payable latest 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival day or as stipulated on the booking form. Failure of paying the balance payment may result in the loss of your deposit payment and we will make the property available again for other holidaymakers at a reduced rate.
3.) Maximum allowance of people staying at any property:
2 Persons per bedroom is the maximum allowance of people staying at the property unless otherwise agreed. Should more than the maximum allowance of guests stay at the property at any time; we have the right to request the removal of the additional person(s) and charge additional fees for the extra person. Unless previously explicitly otherwise agreed, we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25 years, bachelor parties, Weddings and other events that can cause more than reasonably expected wear and tear to the property.

- Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time
- No events or parties can be held at any property unless authorised prior with written consent from Arcadia Luxury Villas
- All properties are non-smoking
