This spacious five bedroom villa is built over three levels providing accommodation for up
to 10 people, and includes a large games room with pool table, table tennis and a football
table. The villa, which has recently been completely refurbished, is situated in a quiet cul
de sac within walking distance (1.5km) to Vale do Lobo beach and the Praça with a with
choice of International restaurants.
OVERVIEW
Start your stay by gathering around the six-person dining table, where you can slide open the patio doors to enjoy a fresh breeze from the private pool. The fully-equipped, American-style kitchen features floor-to-ceiling patio doors, sleek, modern appliances, and a warm, earthy decor. The spacious ground-floor living area has an airy, open-plan layout with large patio doors, cable TV, oversized white sofas, and flows seamlessly into the dining area. A comfortable twin bedroom with its own cable TV and an adjacent bathroom is also conveniently located on this floor.
With four bathrooms across three levels, each guest has plenty of privacy. On the first floor, the master suite offers a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. Another bedroom on this level also has its own en-suite. Downstairs, a shared bathroom with an overhead shower serves a twin and a double bedroom on the lower ground floor.
Outdoors, the villa’s private 9m x 5m pool is surrounded by a paved patio with sun loungers and a privacy fence. For evening gatherings, an outdoor dining area with seating for eight, along with both a brick-built and gas barbecue, makes for perfect alfresco dinners under the stars.

Security Deposit
This villa is subject to a refundable ‘Damage Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €1500 and is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Apart from obvious damages, the replacement costs of towels and linen which have been damaged during your stay will also be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages include makeup stains, stains deriving from sun tanning lotions etc
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 10 business days.
Terms and Conditions
For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid up until 12 weeks before arrival.
1.) Reservation process:
Booking is reserved upon receiving 25 % of the total amount to our designated client bank account. This amount has to be paid within 48 hours of having received our reservation confirmation; otherwise, your chosen property will be made available again to other holidaymakers during the specified dates.
2.) Booking confirmation:
Booking is confirmed upon receiving the balance of 75% of the total amount to our designated client bank account, payable latest 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival day or as stipulated on the booking form. Failure of paying the balance payment may result in the loss of your deposit payment and we will make the property available again for other holidaymakers at a reduced rate.
3.) Maximum allowance of people staying at any property:
2 Persons per bedroom is the maximum allowance of people staying at the property unless otherwise agreed. Should more than the maximum allowance of guests stay at the property at any time; we have the right to request the removal of the additional person(s) and charge additional fees for the extra person. Unless previously explicitly otherwise agreed, we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25 years, bachelor parties, Weddings and other events that can cause more than reasonably expected wear and tear to the property.

- Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time
- No events or parties can be held at any property unless authorised prior with written consent from Arcadia Luxury Villas
