Villa Myosotis is a five-bedroom villa and is one of the original Portugal style villas in the desirable family resort of Vale do Lobo.
The beach, bars and restaurants at Vale do Lobo’s Praca are 20 minutes’ walk away. The nearest supermarket is located at the entrance to the Vale do Lobo resort. There are two golf courses and the largest tennis academy in Portugal within the Vale do Lobo. There is plenty to keep all ages entertained while on holiday. The resorts of Dunas Douradas and Quinta do Lago are a short drive away.
OVERVIEW
Villa Myosotis is a five-bedroom situated on a small hill just 5 minutes’ walk to the Praça and beaches of this world-famous location.
The villa is extremely comfortable and decorated with wonderful Portuguese tiles and architecture features.
The living room offers plenty of sitting space and features a burning wood fireplace that creates a cosy and warm environment. The adjacent dining area features a glass table and seats up to 8 people.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and bright. Bedroom one, two and three are all double bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has twin beds together. They are all very bright with doors that lead to the exterior. Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with an extra couch and access to the exterior. Bedroom five is the master bedroom with a double bed, TV, a couch and access to the terrace.
Outdoors, the guests can relax in one of the many sitting areas in the villa. The delightful swimming pool and separate Jacuzzi are the perfect places to relax. There is a private tennis court within the property. In the BBQ area, guests can enjoy lovely views while having an “al-fresco” meal.
Facing South and West the villa has stunning ocean views and evening sunsets and is the perfect location for a family holiday as it offers privacy and entertainment in one delightful package.

Security Deposit
This villa is subject to a refundable ‘Damage Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €1500 and is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Apart from obvious damages, the replacement costs of towels and linen which have been damaged during your stay will also be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages include makeup stains, stains deriving from sun tanning lotions etc
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 10 business days.
Terms and Conditions
For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid up until 12 weeks before arrival.
1.) Reservation process:
Booking is reserved upon receiving 25 % of the total amount to our designated client bank account. This amount has to be paid within 48 hours of having received our reservation confirmation; otherwise, your chosen property will be made available again to other holidaymakers during the specified dates.
2.) Booking confirmation:
Booking is confirmed upon receiving the balance of 75% of the total amount to our designated client bank account, payable latest 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival day or as stipulated on the booking form. Failure of paying the balance payment may result in the loss of your deposit payment and we will make the property available again for other holidaymakers at a reduced rate.
3.) Maximum allowance of people staying at any property:
2 Persons per bedroom is the maximum allowance of people staying at the property unless otherwise agreed. Should more than the maximum allowance of guests stay at the property at any time; we have the right to request the removal of the additional person(s) and charge additional fees for the extra person. Unless previously explicitly otherwise agreed, we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25 years, bachelor parties, Weddings and other events that can cause more than reasonably expected wear and tear to the property.

- Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time
- No events or parties can be held at any property unless authorised prior with written consent from Arcadia Luxury Villas
